How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- Include your order number from the receipt, or the email address you used to buy.
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, refunds the full amount to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
What happens to your license
When the refund goes through, we disable your license key. Pro switches off in the extension at its next license check, usually within a week. All the free features keep working.
After 14 days
If Pro stops working as described and we can't fix it, email us and we'll refund you. Otherwise, purchases more than 14 days old aren't refundable.
