The short version: Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features in Free Tab Switcher on up to 3 computers. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment. If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days.
1. Who you're buying from
Free Tab Switcher Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt and license key. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. What you get
- A license key that unlocks the Pro features of the Free Tab Switcher Chrome extension.
- A one-time payment. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
- Up to 3 activations at a time. Each Chrome browser where you activate Pro uses one. Deactivate Pro on one computer to move it to another.
- Updates to Pro features as they're released through the Chrome Web Store.
3. Using your license
You can use Pro for personal or business purposes, including on screens your business runs. Please don't share your key publicly, resell it or try to get around the activation limit. We may disable keys that are shared publicly, refunded or charged back.

4. Internet connection
Activating Pro needs an internet connection. After that, the extension checks your key about once a week. If it can't reach the license service, Pro keeps working.
5. The free version
Everything in the free version stays free. Buying Pro doesn't change it.

8. No warranty
Free Tab Switcher and Pro are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or work with every website, screen or Chrome version. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. The terms in place when you bought Pro apply to that purchase.
